SMC provides its customer services through Easy 1364 or 1800 222 666 for provincial calls at our Customer Call Center facility operated by the largest health care service provider in Thailand, Diethelm Keller Siber Hegner Group (DKSH).

         SMC products are stored in temperature controlled rooms as specified for each product category at DKSH warehouses which have been continuousely certified with ISO 9001:2000.

Customers' orders are processed and delivered to customers all over the country using controlled temperature vehicles as per GMP requirement.
